WHO WE ARE

MP Spierer - Founder and Manager

MP Spierer is the founder of Camber Peak and takes an active role in the day-to-day management of our businesses. He is also the current CEO of P&S Machining and Fabrication, a premier sheet metal fabrication and CNC machining company located in Burlington, NC that Camber Peak acquired in 2022.

Prior to founding Camber Peak and acquiring P&S, MP spent over a decade working for Fortune 500 companies Caterpillar and Eaton, privately-held Levolor, and the U.S. Navy as a civilian employee of NAVSEA. His time with these companies included leading engineering and manufacturing teams to launch new industry-leading products, developing strategic process improvements, and personally creating hundreds of new product designs.

MP earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from NC State, and his MBA from Georgia Tech.

Growing up in a family of small business owners taught me that business is about more than just the bottom line. It is about the people who make the business possible and whose livelihoods the business supports. While my goal is to buy a great businesses and manage them with vigor, I built Camber Peak on the belief that it is the people that make any business great.
