MP Spierer is the founder of Camber Peak and takes an active role in the day-to-day management of our businesses. Growing up in a family of small business owners, MP appreciates the importance and value of business beyond the bottom line.

Prior to founding Camber Peak, MP spent over a decade working for Fortune 500 companies Caterpillar and Eaton, privately-held Levolor, and the U.S. Navy as a civilian employee of NAVSEA. His time with these companies included leading engineering and manufacturing teams to launch new industry-leading products, develop strategic process improvements, and personally creating hundreds of new product designs.

MP earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from NC State, and his MBA from Georgia Tech.
